Our Take
Wayfinder is Waypoints Yacht Charters' 2023 Fountaine Pajot Astrea 42 in the three-cabin Maestro layout, at Boat Harbour Marina in the Abacos: 41.3 feet, three cabins, three heads, six berths. Maestro means one hull is given over to a single owner's suite, so one couple does very well and the other two get standard cabins, each with its own head. Air-con and a 7.5 kW Onan generator are standard. No watermaker is listed, so you live on 700 litres of tank water and plan refills. The dinghy runs an 8 hp outboard, which is slow for long runs ashore, so anchor close to where you want to land. Draft is 1.25 m. Six is the registered maximum. Take it for a couple hosting two friends or three couples who can agree on who gets the big suite.
