Our Take
Dancer is Waypoints Yacht Charters' 2024 Dufour 430 at St. Thomas, Frenchtown Marina: a 43.4-foot monohull with three cabins, two heads and six berths. A 6 kW generator, air-con, a watermaker and solar panels are all standard, and full hotel kit on a mono this size is not a given. A self-tacking jib, twin wheels and a bow thruster make it easy to sail short-handed and to put on a dock. The dinghy is a 10-foot RIB with a 9.9 hp outboard on a davit. Draft is 1.78 m, so check depths before tucking in. Six berths in three cabins is the honest number, and it's also the registered maximum. Two heads for three cabins means one couple shares. Take it if you want to actually sail a keelboat and still sleep with the AC on.

Two or three couples (up to 6) who want a new keelboat with genset, AC and watermaker. Competent monohull skippers; the bow thruster helps at the dock.
