Our Take
Capella is Navigare Yachting's 2018 Jeanneau Sun Odyssey 440 at Marina Baotić (Yachtclub Seget), Trogir: a 42.7-foot monohull with four cabins, two heads and eight berths plus two in the saloon, registered for ten. It's a straightforward sailing boat: autopilot, bow thruster, heating and 530 litres of water, with no air-con, generator or watermaker listed. The Sun Odyssey 440 is known as a good all-round cruiser, and the walk-around deck makes line handling easy. Two heads for four cabins is the main trade-off: at eight people there will be queues. Draft is 2.2 m. It's a 2018 boat and there are only three photos, all of this hull. Take it for a group that wants to sail the Split islands on a simple, no-frills mono.
Who It Suits
Two or three couples (6 is comfortable, 8 max) who want a proven monohull and don't need AC. Competent monohull skippers.
