Our Take
Calesi is Navigare Yachting's 2021 Jeanneau 54 at Nanny Cay Marina, Tortola: a 53-foot monohull with five cabins plus a small crew cabin, three heads plus a crew head, and registered for twelve. It's a big, well-equipped keelboat. Air-con, an 8 kW generator and a watermaker are all listed, with 950 litres of water, an electric fold-down swim terrace and a Highfield RIB with a 15 hp Yamaha. The trade-offs come with the size. Draft is 2.24 m, so pick your anchorages with care, and one 110 hp engine with no bow thruster listed means docking a 54-footer takes real skill. Three heads for five cabins means queues at full load. Ten in the guest cabins is the realistic number. Take it if your group wants to sail a proper big monohull and still sleep cool.
